The LLC and the yacht
Saxdor 32 Yacht LLC is a single-asset Florida limited liability company that holds legal title to Valenzuela, a 2023 Saxdor 320 GTO (32 ft, twin Mercury outboards), berthed at Rickenbacker Marina, Key Biscayne, Miami, FL. The company has 4 members, each holding a 25% ownership interest. Use of the yacht is shared among the members for their personal recreation, under the LLC's Operating Agreement.
Management
Day-to-day operation, servicing and maintenance of the vessel.
Administration of the LLC — bookkeeping, taxes and compliance — and the scheduling and payments platform.
Monthly contributions
Each member pays an equal monthly contribution toward the yacht's shared operating and maintenance expenses. These payments fund operating and maintenance costs; they do not purchase ownership interests or standalone boating-access packages.
All amounts in USD, billed monthly, per the LLC's operating budget effective September 2026.
The contribution covers each member's equal share of:
- yacht and program management, cleaning and detailing
- marina dry-rack storage and the mandatory wash plan
- insurance (accrual toward the annual renewal) and a reserve fund for repairs
- LLC administration, the scheduling platform, and towing and telematics subscriptions
Actual-use costs, such as fuel, are billed separately and are not part of this monthly contribution.
Transfers of a member's ownership interest are governed by the Operating Agreement; payments for the purchase or transfer of an interest are not processed through this account.
Payment terms
- Contributions are billed monthly and authorized by each member as a recurring payment.
- To change or cancel a recurring payment, contact us using the details below.
- Cancelling a recurring payment does not, by itself, end a member's obligations under the Saxdor 32 Yacht LLC Operating Agreement.
- Aside from correcting duplicate or incorrect charges, monthly contributions are non-refundable.

Information you send us is received and used by Fractional Boats Inc (operating under the Galenne brand), the LLC's administrative manager, to respond to you and administer the contributions. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may record standard technical logs; we use no tracking cookies or analytics. Payments are made on Stripe's own hosted pages — card and bank details are never entered on this website.
